- March 2004:
- Established as a joint company from the former FRANCE BED CO.,LTD. and the former FRANCE BED Medical Service CO.,Ltd. through a transfer of stocks.
- November 2004:
- FRANCE BED TRADING CO., LTD. (consolidated subsidiary) merges with FRANCE BED SALES CO., LTD. (consolidated subsidiary) through an absorption-type merger. The surviving company changes its trade name to FRANCE BED SALES CO., LTD. on the same day.
- May 2005:
- France bed International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is established.
- January 2006:
- France bed Korea Co.,Ltd. is established.
- March 2009:
- The Company’s stock is delisted from the Osaka Securities Exchanged.
- April 2009:
- FRANCE BED CO., LTD. (consolidated subsidiary) merges with FRANCE BED MEDICAL SERVICE Co., Ltd. (consolidated subsidiary) through an absorption-type merger.
