History

  • March 2004:

    Established through a share transfer the former FRANCE BED CO.,LTD. and the former FRANCE BED Medical Service CO.,Ltd. through a transfer of stocks.

  • November 2004:

    FRANCE BED TRADING CO., LTD. (consolidated subsidiary) merges with FRANCE BED SALES CO., LTD. (consolidated subsidiary) through an absorption-type merger. The surviving company changed its trade name to FRANCE BED SALES CO., LTD. on the same day.

  • May 2005:

    France bed International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is established.

  • January 2006:

    France bed Korea Co.,Ltd. is established.

  • March 2009:

    The Company’s stock is delisted from the Osaka Securities Exchange.

  • April 2009:

    FRANCE BED CO., LTD. (consolidated subsidiary) merges with FRANCE BED MEDICAL SERVICE Co., Ltd. (consolidated subsidiary) through an absorption-type merger.

  • December 2009:
